I've stated and re-stated the importance of following unknown and obscure artists, because what you find can be startling. Plains Apparition are an enigmatic electronic group (or possibly an individual) from somewhere in Alberta. Adrift is an almost perfect series of ambient electronic compositions that seamlessly flow into each other. Think Brian Eno, but much much shorter. One of the best electronic albums of 2018.
